With one on one instruction, email support and average amounts of homework it has taken my clients an average of 6 sessions to complete the program. Of course independent learners are welcome to try the quicker Fast Track program with focused instruction and more independence with homework.

Counseling Options:
- Mental Health Counseling is only available in person at the Westerly RI office.
Most insurances are accepted. The cost would depend on your individual plan coverage.
